Full job description

  • Manage the reception area and welcome visitors professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls and maintain the call log sheet.
  • Maintain the visitor log and coordinate visitor entry.
  • Receive, record, and distribute incoming mail and courier documents.
  • Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Monitor and maintain administrative and office supplies.
  • Coordinate the CEO's meetings, appointments, travel, and related arrangements.
  • Maintain and update daily employee attendance records.
  • Any other assigned tasks of Administration.

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience

Qualification: Intermediate/Graduation
