Front Sales Executive SMM (Design & Web)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Front Seller to join our dynamic Design Sales team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position focuses on driving sales through social media leads and offers a competitive salary along with opportunities for career growth. The role requires working night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with weekends off. Key Responsibilities
Drive sales by engaging and converting social media leads into customers effectively. Manage front-end sales processes with a strong focus on customer interaction and satisfaction. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, with an earning potential of Rs 3,000 per sale. Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize strategies for lead conversion and customer retention. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer communications. Ensure availability and responsiveness during assigned night shift hours.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, especially in roles involving social media lead generation and conversion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively. Ability to work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Full-time availability and willingness to work on-site at the Karachi location. A goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
