Frontend Developer

We are looking for a talented Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Next.js to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building modern, high-performance web applications with a focus on creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces. While the primary role centers on frontend development, familiarity with Node.js is advantageous for API integration and collaborating effectively with backend teams.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js frameworks.
- Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) to enhance performance and SEO.
- Translate Figma designs or mockups into pixel-perfect, functional user interfaces.
- Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and search engine optimization.
- Manage application state efficiently using Redux or Context API.
- Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices to deliver a consistent user experience.

Collaboration & Integration:
- Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs to enable dynamic functionality.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless and cohesive user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain adherence to frontend development best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing frontend codebases to enhance performance and usability.
- Apply basic to intermediate knowledge of Node.js (including Express or NestJS) to understand backend APIs and assist with minor backend adjustments when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working with React.js in a professional environment.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js for building scalable web applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend development techniques.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience using Git and version control systems in collaborative projects.
- Familiarity with REST API consumption and frontend-backend integration workflows.

This is a full-time, in-person role. Candidates should be prepared to discuss their previous experience developing web applications, specifically their use of React.js and Next.js, and provide examples of their frontend projects during the interview process.
