💰 $900 to $1,200/month base salary (with performance-based upside on top of the base salary)

Zaigo Labs is a startup incubator launching high-velocity, niche businesses at lightning speed. One of our newest ventures — QLDCompliance.com — is already gaining traction. We help Australian companies comply with brand-new workplace laws through smart, AI-powered compliance software.

Now, we’re hiring our first Full-Cycle Sales Rep to take qualified leads and turn them into happy customers.

🚀 About the Role

This is not a traditional sales job. You won’t be cold-calling strangers all day. Instead, you’ll work with warm, highly engaged leads — people who have already clicked on our ads or downloaded resources.

Your job is to:

✅ Pressure-test whether they’re a real fit (ICP)

✅ Schedule discovery calls

✅ Guide them through the sales process

✅ Close deals and hand off to onboarding

You’ll also take the lead in setting up our CRM system — choosing the right tools, organizing the pipeline, and building a system that scales.

🎯 Who You Are

✅ You speak fluent, confident English — ideally with a neutral (American) or, even better, a British accent

✅ You went to an international school or studied in a native English-speaking system (Cambridge, IB, etc.)

✅ You love talking to people and are naturally persuasive

✅ You’re organized, reliable, and excellent with follow-through

✅ You’re tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools (we’re an AI-native company)

✅ Bonus: You’ve worked in B2B sales, SaaS, or a CRM-heavy role before

🌍 Location & Language Notes

This role is open only to candidates in the Philippines or Pakistan.

We especially welcome applicants from British international schools in Pakistan (Bay View, Karachi Grammar, LGS JT, Roots, etc.) or from top-tier Philippine schools with strong English fluency.

💸 Compensation & Perks

💰 $900 to $1,200/month base salary + commission (depending on experience)
