Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer & Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Karachi. This role involves development and maintenance of backend services and web-based solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, providing support, and ensuring the stability and performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services and web applications.

• Work with Entity Framework and ADO.Net for data management and interaction with databases.

• Develop reports using Crystal Reports.

• Integrate and manage third-party APIs to enhance system functionality.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex data driven applications to ensure optimal performance.

• Investigate and efficiently resolve production issues related to web applications and backend services.

• Work with IIS and Windows services to ensure system stability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in .NET development.

• Strong expertise in troubleshooting production issues and debugging applications.

• Hands-on experience with Windows services, Web services, WebForms, and Data Parsing.

• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and best coding practices.

• Solid understanding of IIS.

• Experience with SQL Server or any relational database.

• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in performance optimization and error handling.
