Job Description

The Junior QA Engineer will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying bugs, reporting errors, and ensuring reliable digital experiences. The candidate will help maintain software quality and functionality.

Daily Duties

Test software applications and identify bugs.

Perform functional and regression testing.

Check application features, performance, and usability.

Prepare daily testing reports.

Document bugs with screenshots and reproduction steps.

Retest applications after developers fix reported issues.

Coordinate with developers to improve software quality.

Reporting Process

Submit daily testing reports to the QA Lead or QA Manager.

Report bugs through a bug-tracking tool such as Jira.

Include bug descriptions, severity, screenshots, and reproduction steps.

Update bug status after retesting.

Escalate critical issues to the QA Lead or Manager.
