Eila Solutions is seeking a driven General Insurance - Senior Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Karachi. This role requires a professional with a strong background in general insurance sales and client relationship management. The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of relevant sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and maintain relationships with clients effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth by generating leads, converting prospects, and expanding the customer base within the general insurance sector. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will focus on achieving sales targets through strategic outreach, conducting field visits, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires independent initiative and responsibility in driving sales performance and maintaining long-lasting client connections. Responsibilities
 

  • Generate and qualify leads to build a solid client pipeline.
  • Convert prospects into clients by effectively presenting and closing insurance sales deals.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing excellent service.
  • Conduct sales outreach activities including cold calling, networking, and arranging client meetings.
  • Perform regular field visits to current and potential clients to strengthen partnerships and expand outreach.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the customer base within the general insurance market.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to maximize customer satisfaction and business results.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the insurance industry to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
