Graphic Designer

Horizon Tech is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with at least three years of experience to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills and a passion for visual storytelling. This role involves creating visually compelling designs that align with the companys brand identity and marketing objectives. The Graphic Designer works independently and collaborates closely with various departments to deliver high-quality creative assets that engage our audience effectively. As this position does not involve managing a team, the focus remains on individual contribution and professional growth within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
 

• Develop and design diverse digital and print materials such as advertisements, brochures, logos, banners, and social media graphics that reflect the brands vision and objectives.
• Translate complex ideas into appealing visual concepts that enhance user engagement and promote the companys products or services.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions within established timelines.
• Maintain consistency of brand identity across all designs by adhering to company guidelines and standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, incorporate revisions, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and expectations.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance creative output and efficiency.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and business needs.
• Prepare finished artwork by operating relevant software, ensuring accuracy and readiness for production or publication.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas that support marketing campaigns and company initiatives.
