Graphic Designer (Mid Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time contract basis for 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs across print, digital, and web platforms that clearly communicate our brand message. This role demands a creative professional who can work collaboratively with multiple teams, bring fresh ideas to the table, and ensure consistent brand identity throughout all design projects. The position offers a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs45,000 and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and produce compelling designs for various media including print, digital, and web. Develop attractive graphics for marketing materials, social media, websites, video content, and other communication channels. Maintain and strengthen the brand’s visual identity to ensure consistency across all design outputs. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design efforts with the overall brand strategy. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives. Keep up-to-date with current design trends and apply creative solutions to projects. Create multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive designs. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the design process to ensure clarity and alignment.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have proven experience as a Graphic Designer, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design work. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Filmora, Canva, and other relevant tools is required. A solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory is necessary. The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment is important. Strong communication skills are needed to interpret and incorporate feedback effectively. Excellent time management skills are essential to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Knowledge of web design principles and experience with UX/UI design will be considered an advantage.
