Eazy Burgers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in menu planning, kitchen management, staff training and leadership, recipe development, and ingredient sourcing. This role requires overseeing the entire food preparation process, from sourcing the freshest ingredients to creating and refining recipes that meet our customers high standards. The Head Chef plays a critical role in maintaining food quality and consistency throughout the day, ensuring that every dish served meets Eazy Burgers commitment to excellence. The Head Chef will manage a team of two kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision to maintain a smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing sauces, coordinating daily kitchen preparations, managing ingredient inventory, and monitoring full restaurant operations to optimize efficiency. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities and attention to detail, ensuring a high level of staff performance and customer satisfaction in all aspects of food service.
Responsibilities
 

  • Plan and design menus that reflect seasonal availability and customer preferences while ensuring variety and high-quality offerings.
  • Manage daily kitchen operations, including preparation and cooking schedules to maintain consistent food production and timely service.
  • Train, lead, and supervise a team of two kitchen staff, promoting teamwork, skill development, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Develop and refine recipes, testing new dishes and tweaking existing ones to enhance flavors and presentation.
  • Source high-quality ingredients from reliable suppliers, overseeing inventory management and controlling food costs.
  • Prepare sauces and other key components in advance for efficient daily service.
  • Monitor the preparation and cooking of menu items to ensure they meet company standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Smash and prepare beef and other proteins according to recipe specifications and customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Oversee full restaurant operations during shifts, coordinating with front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
