Position: Burger Concept Consultant (Short-Term Project)

We are launching a delivery-focused burger concept and are looking for an experienced food consultant or chef to help us develop a standardized, scalable menu and kitchen system.

Scope of Work:

• Develop 5–7 core burger items (beef & chicken)
• Standardize recipes with exact measurements (grams/ml)
• Create signature sauces and prep methods
• Design kitchen workflow for fast-paced operations
• Establish SOPs for grilling, assembly, and packaging
• Train kitchen staff for consistency and speed
• Recommend suppliers for buns, meat, and ingredients

Project Duration:

2–4 weeks (extendable based on performance)

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in QSR, burger chains, or fast-casual concepts
• Strong understanding of kitchen systems and scalability
• Ability to simplify recipes for repeatable production
• Experience with delivery-focused food businesses is a plus

Deliverables:

• Finalized menu with recipes
• Costing per item
• SOP manual for kitchen operations
• Staff training completion

Location: Karachi

Compensation: Project-based (negotiable based on experience)
