Professional Chef

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Professional Chef role based in the United Arab Emirates. The Professional Chef will be responsible for designing and preparing high-quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring food safety compliance. Key duties include menu planning, sourcing quality ingredients, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Collaborating with the culinary team to introduce creative and culturally diverse dishes is a vital part of the role.
 

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of culinary arts, menu planning, and food preparation techniques
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining kitchen equipment and tools
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational abilities
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen safety protocols
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively
• Creativity in introducing innovative recipes and adapting to diverse cuisines
• Formal culinary education or certification is highly desirable
• Previous experience as a chef in a fast-paced or fine dining environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
