Our client is looking for an experienced professional to lead digital banking and innovation functions. The role will drive digital strategy, customer experience, fintech partnerships, payments, and support functions including customer care, phone banking, and marketing.

📱 Lead digital banking strategy and innovation initiatives

💳 Manage digital channels, payments, and fintech partnerships

😊 Improve customer experience across digital platforms

📈 Drive business growth and digital product expansion

🏦 Oversee retail and Islamic banking digital operations

📞 Manage customer care and phone banking functions

👥 Lead team development and operational excellence

✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

🎓 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field

🕒 10–15 years’ experience in digital banking, retail banking, or operations

🕌 Strong understanding of Islamic banking

💼 Expertise in fintech, payments, and digital transformation

🗣️ Strong leadership and strategic management skills
