Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other sales channels.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client business goals and marketing needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Close new clients and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
• Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry developments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing agency sales, business development, or B2B sales.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing marketing or digital services projects.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, web development, and creative services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
