Claims Med provides credentialing, medical billing, revenue cycle management, and digital marketing services to healthcare practices across the United States.

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Healthcare Lead Researcher to support our business development team by identifying high-potential medical practices and finding the right decision-makers to contact.

This is not a basic data-entry position. We need someone who can research intelligently, recognize business opportunities, and provide our sales team with useful information before they approach a practice.

Responsibilities

• Research medical practices, urgent cares, specialty clinics, behavioral health practices, and other healthcare organizations across targeted U.S. territories
• Identify independent and locally managed practices that may be good prospects
• Find practice owners, physicians, office managers, practice managers, administrators, and other decision-makers
• Add qualified opportunities into our CRM/eClinicAssist
• Write clear notes explaining why the practice may be a good prospect
• Maintain daily research and activity reports
