An Australian and New Zealand-based travel agency is hiring fresh graduates (must be fluent in English) in Karachi. We offer a comprehensive training programme to selected candidates. Trained individuals will work as Dedicated Travel Managers for the Australia and New Zealand markets from our Karachi support centre (located at P-E-C-H-S).

Job Description:

  • Handling and customising customer enquiries for flights, hotels, and holiday packages worldwide via phone calls, emails, and web chat.
  • Providing clients with suitable options based on their budget and preferences.
  • Maintaining communication with clients before, during, and after sales to ensure quality service and encourage repeat business.
  • Following up with clients regarding payments for existing bookings.

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong typing abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organised with an excellent work ethic.
  • Ability to manage global customer interactions through phone, email, web chat.
  • Age requirement: 21 to 26 (open to both males and females).
