HR Executive

The HR Executive – HR Operations will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operational activities. This role ensures smooth execution of HR processes including recruitment support, attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for retail store staff
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, and shift rosters
  • Support payroll processing and resolve salary discrepancies
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
  • Handle employee queries related to HR matters
  • Coordinate HR trainings and staff engagement initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount, attrition, and attendance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stores and field coordination
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs. 50,000.00 per month
