RozeeGPT Demo is seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Manager to lead and oversee the human resources functions within the organization. The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of relevant experience and excels in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This position requires expert interpersonal skills to effectively manage interactions at all levels of the company and foster a positive work environment. The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing training and development programs as well as developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) frameworks to support company goals and enhance workforce productivity. Managing a team of two HR professionals, the HR Manager ensures high performance and strong collaboration to meet organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
 

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain qualified candidates.
• Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, resolving employee concerns, and promoting a positive work culture.
• Design and administer performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and support continuous improvement.
• Lead organizational development initiatives aimed at improving workplace effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Create and deliver training and development programs that enhance employee skills and support career growth.
• Develop, design, and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks to monitor and assess organizational performance.
• Supervise and mentor a team of two HR professionals, ensuring effective workflow and professional development.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and drive organizational success.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards in all HR practices.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to guide decision-making and improve HR processes
