We are looking for an experienced 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗥 to join our growing team

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗢𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Direct the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job requirements and screening to designing onboarding programs.

• 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Mediate disputes, handle grievances, and foster a positive workplace environment.

• 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆: Manage HR policies and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws.

• 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: Manage payroll, evaluate salary benchmarking, and administer benefits programs.

• 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Oversee performance appraisal systems and identify employee training needs.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Typically 𝟳-𝟴 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated leadership in a management role.

• 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, communication, and knowledge of HR software (HRIS)
