STEELINE seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all fundamental human resource operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive leadership approach to cultivate a disciplined and productive workplace culture. The HR Manager will drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, ensure effective communication, and uphold company HR policies. Managing a small HR team of one person, the candidate will also support training and development efforts and oversee payroll and benefits administration. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of relevant HR experience and a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional HR certification is advantageous. The HR Manager must demonstrate a strong understanding of labor legislation, recruitment techniques, performance appraisal processes, and payroll systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR management software, including attendance tracking tools, is essential. This position demands leadership and organizational skills to successfully implement HR policies and manage disciplinary and grievance procedures effectively.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and manage all core human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies that ensure compliance with labor laws and promote a fair, respectful workplace.
  • Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and facilitating disciplinary processes when necessary.
  • Coordinate performance management programs to evaluate and improve employee productivity and development.
  • Manage employee training and professional development initiatives to enhance skills and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation to support organizational compliance and reporting.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits and payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Supervise and mentor the HR team member, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational change management.
  • Coordinate uniform and staff identification management to maintain company standards and security.
  • Monitor attendance and leave management systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to policies.
