Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our HR team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates who are eager to build their career in Human Resources. The selected candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a Night Shift position - US working hours

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates professionally.
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in the BPO industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
