About the Role

We're hiring an HR Executive to own day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records. You'll be the go-to person keeping our hiring pipeline moving and our team well-supported. Success in this role means smooth month-end payroll inputs, a full and organized candidate pipeline, and employees who feel looked after from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: post jobs, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Run structured onboarding for new hires, from offer letter to first-week orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Track daily attendance and working hours (Hubstaff) and prepare monthly reports for payroll.
• Support performance review and target-setting cycles across departments.
• Draft and update HR documents — offer letters, policies, warning letters, and service rules.
• Address employee queries and help resolve day-to-day workplace concerns.
• Coordinate team engagement activities and support a positive office culture.
• Assist management with HR reporting and headcount planning.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency, startup, or services company.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment and full-cycle hiring.
• Strong written and spoken English and clear, professional communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and comfort learning new HR tools.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with attendance/time-tracking tools such as Hubstaff.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or Amazon-industry teams.
• Exposure to payroll processing and HR policy drafting.
