Position: Human Resources (HR) Manager
Industry: Frozen Food Industry
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 3–5 Years

We are hiring for one of our valued clients in the Frozen Food Industry and are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the complete HR function across head office and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for white-collar and blue-collar employees
* Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, overtime, leaves, and employee records
* Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and HR best practices
* Lead performance management, appraisals, KPIs, and employee development initiatives
* Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
* Foster a positive and productive work culture across all locations
* Coordinate engagement activities and employee recognition programs

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
* 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager role
* Experience in manufacturing or factory-based environment will be preferred
* Strong knowledge of payroll management and labor laws
* Proficient in HR software and MS Office
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Ability to travel between head office and factory when required
