I Engineering Pakistan seeks a motivated HR Coordinator with at least three years of experience to support its human resources functions. This role is essential in managing end-to-end recruitment for operations and maintenance telecom projects by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. The coordinator works closely with regional operations teams to accurately understand manpower needs and ensure timely recruitment that aligns with project timelines. The position also requires maintaining and strengthening employee relations, addressing staff concerns, and fostering a positive, professional work environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical to effectively collaborate across departments and facilitate smooth HR operations. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing employee records, coordinating payroll processing, and supporting various administrative HR duties. This role requires diligent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Although the position does not involve managing a team, it requires working independently as well as part of the broader HR unit. The ideal candidate will exhibit reliability, organizational capability, and a proactive approach to solving challenges in recruitment and employee management within the fast-paced telecom industry.
Responsibilities
 

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operations and maintenance roles in telecom projects, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Collaborate closely with regional operations teams to identify manpower needs and develop recruitment plans that meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records while ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Process payroll activities in coordination with the finance department to guarantee timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Address employee grievances promptly and effectively to promote a positive workplace atmosphere and minimize conflicts.
  • Coordinate onboarding procedures and orientation programs to support new hires smooth integration into the organization.
  • Support employee relations initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicate clearly across departments to facilitate smooth HR processes and information exchange.
  • Assist with administrative HR functions as needed, providing reliable support to the HR team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company regulations throughout HR operations.
