PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ABOUT THE JOB DESCRIPTION. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC PERSON AS MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION OF HASAN SULEMAN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

Hire qualified staff aligned with the hospital’s mission

Develop job descriptions and transparent hiring processes

Manage volunteer recruitment

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

Maintain a positive, mission-driven workplace culture

Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions fairly

Promote teamwork, especially between clinical and non-clinical staff

3. Training & Development

Organize onboarding programs for new hires

Ensure ongoing clinical and non-clinical training

Develop leadership pipelines within the hospital

4. Performance Management

Design and implement appraisal systems

Monitor staff productivity and quality of care

Provide feedback and improvement plans

Align individual performance with hospital goals

5. Compensation & Benefits

Develop fair but budget-conscious salary structures

Manage payroll, benefits, and allowances

Balance limited funding with staff retention needs

6. Compliance & Legal Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations

Maintain proper employment records and contracts

Implement workplace safety standards

Oversee policies on harassment, discrimination, and ethics

7. Policy Development

Create HR policies tailored to a nonprofit healthcare environment

Develop codes of conduct aligned with charitable values

Ensure transparency in hiring, promotions, and discipline

8. Workforce Planning

Forecast staffing needs based on patient volume and services

Plan for future expansion of services and departments etc.

Manage shift scheduling for 24/7 operations

9. Volunteer & Donor Coordination

Structure volunteer programs and define roles clearly

Ensure volunteers are trained and integrated into operations

Coordinate with donor-funded staffing programs where applicable

10. HR Administration & Systems

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Implement HR information systems (if budget allows)

Track attendance, leave, and compliance documentation

11. Promoting Organizational Mission

Ensure all staff understand the hospital’s charitable purpose

Encourage empathy and service mindset

Align HR practices with values like equity, dignity, and access to care

12. Crisis & Risk Management

Handle staffing during emergencies (pandemics, disasters)

Develop contingency staffing plans

Support staff welfare during high-stress periods
