Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Partnerships and Growth to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our partner network, driving business development initiatives, and strengthening strategic partnerships in the education and literacy sectors to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners to expand networks for business development and lead marketing activities.
• Drive growth by strengthening strategic partnerships in the education and literacy sectors.
• Ensure operational efficiency in outreach programs, resolve issues, and provide periodic reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and partner engagement.

Requirements:

• 6–7+ years of experience in the development sector, sales, or operations (EdTech/social impact preferred).
• Proven team management and communication skills.
• Strong expertise in partnership building and stakeholder management.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to travel.

• Salary Range: PKR 180,000 – 220,000 per month
