Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Immigration Counselor for our on-site office located in the Karachi Division. The Immigration Counselor will assist clients in navigating immigration processes, provide detailed guidance on visa options and documentation, review and evaluate cases, and ensure timely submission of applications. The role also involves staying updated on immigration laws and policies, responding to client queries, and maintaining accurate client files and records.
Qualifications

 

• Knowledge of Immigration Laws, Visa Requirements, and related processes
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Service skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent Problem-solving and Analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Documentation and Report Writing
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in immigration consultancy or a related field will be an advantage
• Fluency in English and Urdu is required; additional language skills are a plus
