We're on the hunt for an Inbound & Outbound Customer Facilitation Specialist to join our Operations team. In this full-time role, you'll dive into the exciting world of clinical and pharmaceutical research, setting up appointments for medical tests and surveys, and managing data like a pro. Job Description

Make outbound calls to patients to generate interest in vaccination trials
Authenticate data collection forms and surveys
Ensure all CRMs are updated with accurate information and notes
Clearly communicate information to patients and doctors over the phone regarding the study
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices
Job Specifications

O Levels/Matriculation or above
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Availability to work five days a week
9 hours per day (falling within the business window of 7 PM to 7 AM PKST)
