We're Hiring: Influencer Marketing Specialist

What This Role Is All About
You’ll take the lead in building influencer partnerships that feel real, deliver results, and represent our brand authentically. From strategy to execution, your work will directly shape how we show up in the digital world.
What You’ll Be Doing
Designing and executing influencer campaigns that align with brand goals
Discovering and connecting with influencers who get our voice and audience
Managing relationships, contracts, and timelines with professionalism and heart
Providing creative direction and ensuring on-brand content
Tracking campaign performance and using insights to improve results
What Makes You a Great Fit
At least 1 year of experience running influencer campaigns
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of social media platforms, creator trends, and emerging voices
Analytical mindset — you know how to read results and optimize accordingly
A creative spirit with a passion for digital storytelling
