We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Content Writer (Email Focused) to join our growing marketing team. This role involves crafting compelling email campaigns and marketing content that resonates with our audience, promotes our programs, and builds lasting engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing

Plan, write, and schedule high-converting email campaigns for lead nurturing, course promotions, webinars, and newsletters.
Build and maintain segmented mailing lists for targeted communication.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and brand-aligned email templates.
Analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and make data-driven improvements.
Ensure email content follows industry best practices and compliance standards.

Marketing Content Writing

Write engaging and informative content for course pages, blog posts, website banners, social media, and landing pages.
Translate complex ideas into simple, audience-friendly language.
Research industry trends and target audience behavior to tailor content effectively.
Collaborate with instructors and the marketing team to develop content that supports brand positioning and conversion goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in email marketing and content writing (experience in the education or training industry is a plus).
Strong command of written English with excellent grammar and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ConvertKit).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
