Infrastructure Engineer

CIK Telecom.Inc is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer with at least three years of professional experience in civil and infrastructure engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project and construction skills, be adept in using design and engineering tools such as AutoCAD, and demonstrate deep knowledge of utilities, drainage, transportation, and site infrastructure. This position requires effective communication skills in English to coordinate efficiently with project managers and offshore teams, especially within the context of North American projects adhering to US and Canadian standards and practices. The successful engineer will lead and manage a team of six professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure projects from conception through execution.
Responsibilities
Lead infrastructure engineering projects with a clear focus on civil, utility, drainage, and transportation systems, ensuring compliance with North American standards and best engineering practices.

Utilize engineering design tools such as AutoCAD to develop detailed plans and technical drawings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine project specifications.

Manage and supervise a team of six engineers and technicians, providing guidance, setting performance objectives, and facilitating professional growth.

Coordinate actively with project managers and offshore teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and seamless workflow.

Oversee site infrastructure development, ensuring all construction activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct detailed assessments of existing infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement or redesign to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Prepare comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate progress and technical information to stakeholders.

Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to civil and infrastructure engineering to continuously improve project outcomes.

Implement risk management strategies to identify potential issues early and develop effective mitigation plans.

Assist in procurement and resource allocation to ensure projects are adequately staffed and equipped.

Conduct quality control and assurance activities to verify that project deliverables meet design specifications and client expectations.

Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and innovation within the engineering team and across projects.
