Qualifications

• Proficiency in Needs Analysis and gathering requirements to identify training and learning objectives
• Strong expertise in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development, creating engaging and effective learning content
• Experience in Training & Development and applying adult learning principles to design programs
• Knowledge and skills in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and content management
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setting
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and technologies is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred.
