IT Admin

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and VoIP systems.
• Maintain IT inventory, user accounts, backups, and system security.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical support and issue resolution.
• Assist in deploying new applications and infrastructure upgrades.
• Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by the Head of IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (BCS/MCS preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of IT support or administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN), and cybersecurity.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CCNA certification is preferred.
