IT Support Executive

Must be a Bachelors.

• User Support: Answer questions and fix problems for staff via phone, chat, or in person.
• Hardware & Software Setup: Install new computers, printers, operating systems, and programs.
• Network Maintenance: Check Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN connections to keep internet access stable.
• Account Management: Create user sign-ins and set access rules for new hires.
• Ticket Logging: Record all technical requests and track their status in a helpdesk system.
• Must know how to Resolving IT support requests from employees
• Answering employee questions regarding computer systems.
• Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
• Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
