IT Technician

Responsibilities

• Inform management of any updates or changes in IT inventory and maintain accurate asset records.
• Perform regular system maintenance and promptly resolve technical issues reported by employees.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and required software applications.
• Configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software components.
• Download, install, and update software versions as needed.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of CCTV camera systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance of computer systems and IT equipment.
• Perform user data backups and recovery processes when required.
• Provide user orientation, technical guidance, and day-to-day IT support.
• Maintain complaint logs, track issues, and process IT requisitions efficiently.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the AM-IT or IT Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience preferred.
• junior IT Technicians with 3–6 months of hands-on experience may also apply.
