Jr Sales Executive

Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about our services.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the relevant sales team.
• Meet daily and monthly sales or lead-generation targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Perform other sales-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of sales experience can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional communication style.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn CRM and sales tools.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
