Junior Accounts Officer

Zidello, a dynamic and expanding Pakistani brand based in Karachi, is looking to hire a Junior Accounts Officer to join their finance team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of relevant experience who are eager to develop their accounting skills within the e-commerce sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing invoices and payments, and assisting with reconciliations, providing valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining daily financial and accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Record and verify invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts with attention to detail.
- Support bank and cash reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation efficiently.
- Perform data entry and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Organize and maintain systematic filing of accounting documents for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters as required.
- Undertake additional accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
