Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will combine strong creative abilities with technical expertise to create engaging visuals across various digital platforms. This role involves designing graphics such as logos, banners, and social media content, while also supporting marketing initiatives through image optimization and content creation. The position requires working on-site at our office, providing hands-on collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling graphics, logos, banners, and social media posts using software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut.
- Edit and enhance images for websites, advertisements, and social media to ensure high-quality visual output.
- Optimize images for SEO by managing file names, alt text, and other attributes to improve search engine rankings.
- Support marketing campaigns by assisting in the development of landing pages, email templates, and advertising materials.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and video editing tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and marketing strategies to effectively optimize visual content.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly.
