Job Title: junior video editor Creative Content Executive
Location: on Site, panorama center, Sadar, Karachi.
Office timing 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
Benefits: yearly bonus + performance increments + Fuel Allowance
Budget: 25,000 to 35,000.

We are looking for a Creative Content Executive who can convert ideas into structured video concepts and scripts for reels, advertisements, and brand storytelling content.

This role involves working closely with the creative lead and management to develop ideas, refine concepts, and prepare execution-ready scripts for shoots.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert discussion ideas from management into structured video concepts
• Write scripts for reels, product videos, and advertisement content
• Refine rough ideas into clear shoot-ready storylines
• Prepare scene breakdowns and shot flow before production
• Edit videos and upload sounds on videos
• Ensure scripts match brand tone, audience, and campaign goals
• Assist the creative lead in planning content strategies
• Support planning of weekly/monthly video content calendars
• Coordinate with camera and production assistants before shoots
• Research social media trends and suggest new content ideas
• Improve existing script concepts for stronger engagement and clarity

Requirements

• Strong creative thinking and idea development ability
• Experience writing scripts for short-form video content (especially reels)
• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Ability to convert discussions into structured execution plans
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Organized approach to content planning and documentation
• Ability to work under direction from creative lead or management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
