Junior Graphic Designer

The Role:

We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both static graphic design and 2D motion graphics, with the ability to transform creative concepts into visually engaging designs and animations.

You will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content across branding, digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging static graphics and visual assets for digital and marketing campaigns.
• Design social media creatives, advertisements, banners, promotional materials, and branding assets.
• Develop 2D motion graphics and animations for social media, advertising, and promotional content.
• Create animated logo reveals, lower thirds, transitions, and other motion design elements.
• Translate creative concepts and briefs into polished visual designs.
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts for animation projects.
• Work closely with the social media and Digital Marketing teams to create content aligned with campaign objectives.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color, composition, and visual style across all creative materials.
• Edit and enhance video content when required using appropriate editing tools.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Stay updated with current design, animation, social media, and digital content trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and 2D motion graphics.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of: Design principles, Color theory, Typography, Layout and composition, Animation timing and pacing, and Visual hierarchy
• Proven portfolio demonstrating both static graphic design and motion graphics work.
• Ability to develop creative concepts independently and execute them to a high standard.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Background:

• Candidates with experience in creative/digital marketing agencies, media production studios, corporate branding agencies, or similar creative environments will be preferred.
