ROLE OVERVIEW
Ringo Media is hiring a detail-oriented and eager Junior PPC Specialist to join our paid media team. This is a growth role β you'll be trained, mentored, and developed into a strong campaign manager over time. What we're looking for right now is someone with solid foundational knowledge, an obsession with organization, intellectual curiosity, and a real comfort with AI tools.
You'll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, supporting campaign builds, performing daily optimizations, pulling reports, and ensuring that every account we touch is clean, structured, and performing. You are someone who reads platform updates for fun, doesn't let tasks slip, and takes pride in delivering precise, accurate work.
This role operates fully remote from Pakistan, during US Eastern Time hours (9:00 AM β 6:00 PM ET, MonβFri). You must be fully present, responsive, and reachable during these hours. Time zone management and reliability are part of the job.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in building and launching campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads under the direction of the marketing manager
- Monitor active campaigns daily β flag performance anomalies, identify trends, and escalate issues proactively with context and recommendations
- Pull and format daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports; translate raw data into clear summaries with insights
- Conduct keyword research, build structured keyword lists, and manage negative keyword additions to improve account efficiency
- Build audience segments, custom intent lists, and retargeting audiences across platforms
- Support creative coordination β help brief designers on ad specs, review creative assets for compliance, and test new creative variants
- Use AI tools to assist with ad copywriting, keyword research, reporting summaries, and audience ideation β these are required tools, not optional
- Maintain organized trackers, campaign logs, and internal documentation with precision and consistency
- Assist in QA of new campaigns before launch β checking tracking, targeting, budget caps, and creative specs
- Stay curious: read platform updates, study performance trends, and bring new ideas to the team regularly
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (agency experience preferred; self-managed accounts and certifications also considered)
- Foundational knowledge of paid search and paid social β including campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creative formats
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager is a plus; a willingness to learn it immediately is required
- Genuine, demonstrable use of AI tools in your current workflow β not just awareness, but actual usage with examples you can speak to
- Strong organizational instincts β you build systems, keep notes, and never rely on memory alone
- Google Ads certification (or actively pursuing it) is a strong advantage
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and tracking
- Excellent written English communication β you write clearly and professionally in all internal and client-facing contexts
- High attention to detail β you catch errors before they go live, and you double-check your own work
- Self-starter attitude in a remote environment β you don't wait to be told twice, and you manage your own time effectively
