Marketing Director

Retro Core Digital is looking for a results-driven Google Ads Expert with 6-7 years of hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns.

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing Google Ads lead generation campaigns

- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management

- Experience with conversion tracking setups (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, etc.)

- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize ROAS, CPA, and CPL

- Experience working with service-based businesses is preferred

- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

- Expertise in Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns

- Budget management and campaign scaling

- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

- Landing page and funnel optimization

- A/B testing and performance analysis

- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving

- Up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads best practices and industry trends
