If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in the world of self-publishing, this is your chance to work with a dynamic, collaborative team in a fast-growing space.

Responsibilities:

🛠️ Formatting & Design

Format manuscripts for print and digital platforms (KDP, IngramSpark, etc.)

Apply clean, consistent layouts that enhance readability

Use tools like MS Word, Adobe InDesign, or LaTeX

Perform thorough quality checks before publishing

🚀 Publishing & Operations

Upload and publish books across major self-publishing platforms

Manage publishing accounts and author profiles

Generate ISBNs, file copyrights, and track applications

Optimize metadata for discoverability

Troubleshoot publishing issues to ensure smooth launches
