Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role

Origency is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design fundamentals, social media trends, typography, colours, and visual composition.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Creative Lead, content team, and account management team to create engaging designs for clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative and engaging social media posts, stories, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
• Develop marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, standees, banners, presentations, and corporate profiles.
• Resize and adapt designs for different digital platforms and formats.
• Follow client brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all designs.
• Work with the content and strategy teams to convert creative briefs into effective visual communication.
• Make revisions based on internal and client feedback.
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting assigned deadlines.
• Stay updated with current graphic design, social media, and visual communication trends.
• Organize and maintain editable design files and creative assets.
• Support senior designers and the Creative Lead on branding and campaign-related projects.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, or other relevant design tools.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to design content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and follow brand guidelines.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Basic Video Editing is a plus

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience may apply.
• A strong and updated design portfolio is mandatory.
• Previous internship or agency experience will be considered an advantage.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
