Key Account Manager

About the job

We are looking for a results-driven professional to manage real estate agency portfolios, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships within the assigned area.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Manage and grow agency accounts

- Conduct client visits, product demos, and close deals

- Achieve regional revenue targets

- Onboard new clients and revive inactive accounts

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

- Track KPIs through CRM and ensure strong client engagement

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

- Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field)

- 2–3 years of field sales experience in FMCG or Pharma industry

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Proficient in MS Office

Fixed salary + commissions, bonuses, fuel allowance, company laptop & phone, SIM & internet allowance, provident fund, health & life insurance (after confirmation), and performance-based rewards.
