Lead Generation Specialist (Remote – Pakistan)
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help generate qualified business leads for our sales team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Pakistan.
Schedule

• Working hours are between 7:00 PM and 4:00 AM Pakistan Time
• Full-time and part-time applicants are welcome

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential business customers
• Generate qualified leads for IT and Telecommunication services
• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, company websites, directories, and other sources
• Find decision-makers and key contacts
• Maintain accurate CRM and lead databases
• Support the sales team with consistent lead flow
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements

• Experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or appointment setting
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, or similar tools
• Strong internet research skills
• Excellent written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Step 3: Prospecting Task
Assume you are targeting companies that need managed IT services.
Provide:

• 5 industries you would target
• 3 job titles you would target within each company
• A brief explanation of why you selected them

Step 4: Outreach Task
Write:

• One cold email (maximum 150 words)
• One LinkedIn connection message (maximum 300 characters)

Promoting IT and Telecommunication services.
