Digital Marketing & Social Media Expert

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary
A renowned digital marketing organization is seeking a highly creative, innovative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Expert to lead digital marketing, branding, advertising, and social media operations. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing multiple brands, creating high-impact digital campaigns, generating quality leads, and delivering measurable business growth through effective online marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage digital marketing activities for multiple brands simultaneously.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and Google Business Profile.
- Create engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, blogs, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual content calendars.
- Execute and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display Ads, Search Ads, Shopping Ads, and Remarketing Campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.
- Perform On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Local SEO, Keyword Research, Link Building, and Website SEO Audits.
- Manage and optimize WordPress websites, landing pages, and blogs.
- Improve website speed, SEO rankings, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.
- Manage Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Google Looker Studio.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer behavior analysis.
- Plan and execute email marketing, SMS marketing, and WhatsApp Business campaigns.
- Manage online reputation, customer reviews, ratings, and brand engagement.
- Coordinate photography, videography, graphic designing, and creative content production.
- Plan influencer marketing and collaboration campaigns.
- Monitor advertising budgets and maximize ROAS and ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and KPI dashboards.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and social media algorithms.
- Coordinate with management to achieve branding, sales, and business growth objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or an Advertising Agency.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, SEO, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Excellent knowledge of paid advertising, branding, content marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, and digital analytics.
- Strong communication, analytical, creative thinking, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an Advertising Agency will be highly preferred.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, or SEO certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing, automation tools, CRM platforms, and marketing dashboards is preferred.
