About the Role

Propstar Technologies is expanding its real estate operations and is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about research, prospecting, and building strong pipelines that directly contribute to sales success.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and qualifying potential clients within the real estate market. You will ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and generate new leads through multiple channels, including online platforms, databases, and research tools

• Conduct in-depth market research to uncover new business opportunities and target audiences

• Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure alignment with business objectives

• Maintain, organize, and update lead data within CRM systems with high accuracy

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and effective lead handover

• Continuously explore new strategies and tools to improve lead generation efficiency and output

Requirements

• Strong analytical, research, and data mining capabilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus
