Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly strategic, results-driven Link Building Specialist to own and execute our off-page SEO strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring high-quality backlinks that boost our search engine rankings, domain authority, and organic traffic.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of white-hat link-building practices, knows how to spot premium websites from spam, and can leverage modern automation tools to scale personalized outreach efficiently without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Actively secure high-quality backlinks through diverse methods, including guest posting, niche edits (link insertions), and digital PR campaigns.
• Off-Page SEO Audits: Perform comprehensive off-page SEO audits to analyze existing backlink profiles, monitor link health, and identify critical areas for cleanup or improvement.
• Website Quality Verification: Thoroughly vet prospective websites using real performance metrics—such as organic traffic trends, keyword rankings, and Domain Rating (DR) / Domain Authority (DA)—primarily utilizing Ahrefs and SEMrush.
• Smart Outreach & Automation: Design, build, and optimize automated email outreach sequences to pitch webmasters and editors, ensuring emails are highly personalized, clean, and effective.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain exceptional organizational records to track link-building pipelines, outreach responses, and live placements across multiple distinct projects.
• Strategy & Compliance: Execute safe, white-hat link-building strategies that strictly adhere to search engine guidelines to protect our web properties from algorithmic penalties.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience specifically focused on Off-Page SEO and Link Building (B2B, SaaS, or agency experience is a major plus).
• Tool Stack Expertise: Deep proficiency with SEO platforms like Ahrefs and SEMrush, alongside specialized outreach tools (e.g., Hunter.io, Pitchbox, Lemlist, Buzzstream, or similar).
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to differentiate between artificial/PBN sites and real websites with legitimate organic traffic.
• Communication: Strong written English skills with a knack for crafting compelling, high-open-rate subject lines and pitch angles.
• Organization: Proven ability to manage spreadsheets, track budgets, and maintain strict pipelines without letting warm leads fall through the cracks.
