Logo Designer

Ezec Production is seeking a talented and creative Logo Designer with at least three years of professional experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong expertise in graphic design and brand identity development, especially proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. This position requires the ability to create visually compelling logos that effectively communicate a brands vision and values. The designer must leverage a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and brand strategy to develop unique brand identities that resonate with target audiences. Although this role does not involve managing a team, strong collaboration skills and effective communication with other stakeholders are essential to deliver high-quality creative solutions within deadlines. The role demands a highly organized approach to file management and workflow, ensuring that all project files are meticulously prepared and delivered in multiple formats such as AI, EPS, SVG, and PNG. Candidates must present a strong portfolio showcasing their past logo design projects on platforms like Behance, Dribbble, or via a personal website. Excellent time management skills are critical, as this role includes handling multiple design projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality. The successful candidate will also benefit from experience with additional design tools such as Figma or Canva for producing quick social media assets, adding versatility to their creative capabilities.
Responsibilities
 

• Develop innovative and original logo designs that align with the clients brand identity and marketing goals.
• Create detailed vector illustrations using Adobe Illustrator to produce scalable graphic elements for various media.
• Apply advanced principles of typography and color psychology to enhance brand perception and user engagement.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored brand identity solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of creativity and accuracy.
• Maintain an organized workflow by properly layering files and preparing all necessary source files in multiple formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PNG) for client handoff.
• Continuously research emerging design trends and best practices to keep brand visuals fresh and competitive.
• Review and revise logos based on client feedback, upholding brand consistency and design integrity throughout the revision process.
• Efficiently use software tools and platforms such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with supplementary skills in Figma or Canva for rapid creation of supporting social media assets.
• Provide clear documentation and presentation of logo concepts through portfolio-ready visuals on Behance, Dribbble, or a personal website, demonstrating a strong design rationale.
